High-Speed Current Amplifier HCA Series

Users of high-frequency components often encounter undesirable oscillations, nonlinearities, gain peaking, and reduced bandwidth due to improper amplifier design. FEMTO high-frequency amplifiers have been designed to eliminate these unwanted issues. FEMTO high-frequency amplifiers are insensitive to signal source parameters and input wiring, performing accurately within their specifications. Even with source capacitances up to 2nF (for HCA-1M-1M-C), gain peaking, oscillations, or significant bandwidth reduction do not occur.
